The coal based carburizer is mainly made of high-quality Taixi Anthracite produced in Ningxi and calcined at 1200 ℃, which not only meets the requirements for carbon content, but also effectively controls the sulfur element, so that the micro morphology of carbon element in the casting mostly appears in A-type graphite state, obtaining fine and uniform graphite, promoting the inoculation and spheroidization process, effectively improving the graphitization state of iron and reducing the production of iron cementite; In addition, due to its high carbon and low sulfur content, it can be fully absorbed without slag reflux, reducing the cost of spheroidization and slag removal processes, shortening the smelting cycle, and saving energy consumption.

Coal based carburetor is also one of the indispensable raw materials for casting materials. In the production process, the amount of scrap steel can be greatly increased, the amount of pig iron can be reduced or no pig iron can be used. In the electric furnace smelting, the coal based carburetor is placed in the middle, and the amount of coal based carburetor (after a part of the material is placed in the furnace) is 1-3% of the Metallicity. The characteristic of coal based carburetors is that carbon has a good absorption effect in molten iron and does not return slag. The use of coal based carburetors can significantly reduce the production cost of castings.

In addition, coal based carburetor is an additive used in steelmaking. In the smelting process of steel products, factors such as smelting time, holding time, and long overheating time often increase the melting loss of carbon elements in the molten iron, resulting in a decrease in carbon content in the molten iron, resulting in the carbon content in the molten iron not reaching the expected theoretical value for steelmaking. In order to supplement the carbon content in the steel smelting process, coal based carburetor is added.

Conventional particle size of coal carbonization agent:

Section A: 0-1mm, 1-3mm;

Section B: 1-5mm, 3-5mm, 3-8mm;

C-segment: 5-15mm, 10-20mm, 10-30mm;


Advantages of coal based carburetors:

1. Pure chemical composition: low sulfur, low phosphorus, low nitrogen, high carbon, high calorific value, and less harmful impurities.

2. Physical form: clean appearance, no impurities, multi pore structure, fast absorption speed, and high absorption rate.
